Visible to at least 4,000 of the teams combined Facebook friends

Event Pages:

two event pages were created for both the Zeppolis night and the Hallowheels event/voting period

Individual Posts:

Group  members with personal accounts posted our group's CATS flyer to their profiles during voting week

Made an Instagram bingo board in which people could choose to donate

Members of other organizations posted to their accounts as well

Hallowheels Account:

Team made a separate account strictly for the Hallowheels event

Individual Posts:

Team members with Twitter accounts were able to post a short information message as well as a link to the Hallowheels page

Hallowheels Twitter:

Made a separate Twitter account specifically for the Hallowheels event 

Posts leading up to and during voting period

Outside organizations liked and retweeted several of these tweets

Individual Posts:

  • Group members with private snapchat account posted our groups event flyer to their stories

  • These stories were viewed repeatedly by several hundred people each day

Ideas for Next Events:

  • Set up an event/location snapchat story in which you can post live videos to.

    • Local snapchat users would be able to view the event live ​
