This is a fundraiser for Children’s Assistive Technology Service (CATS) which provides teams to compete in creating dream-come-true Halloween costumes for children, ages 4-16 who depend on wheelchair mobility.

• Kick off was Saturday, September 21 from 2-4 p.m. at a location in one of the four cities (Lynchburg, Roanoke, Charlottesville and Richmond) for team and child meet, plan a design and build a removable frame.

• Costumes will be revealed on Oct 26th, from 10-noon and voting for BEST COSTUME begins online Oct 28th, and runs through Nov 3rd.   Please note that the teams of costume builders are competing – not the children.
